Payment Policy

Your consultation fees will depend on several factors. The administration team will be happy to provide you with the consultation fee upon booking an appointment over the telephone.

Specialist Fees and Charges

Please be aware that fees will vary depending on both the type of consultation and the specialist . To understand more about what individual specialists charge, it’s best to call our administrative team on +61 (08) 6285 0498 and we can help answer your queries.

In addition to your consulting fees with your specialist, you will incur additional fees for any procedures done.

Payment is required at your appointment

Payment is required at the time of your appointment and the administration team will process your Medicare claim at the time of payment and refund will be sent directly to your bank account

Please note we accept Credit/Debit cards, Cash (with exact Change), * personal checks are not allowed*.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding the payment please feel free to reach our administration team at the time of booking your appointment. Please note fee charges are determined by the specialist NOT administration team so you may be asked for a booking fee which will be often applied to the total cost of the visit.

Unable to attend your appointment?

Please give us 24hrs time to make changes in your appointment.

As a routine practice for many services, failure to attend appointments without prior notification may incur $50 -$100 fee.
